Our 30-day guarantee

Every product in the Witchcraft for Beginners shop comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If something you bought does not serve your practice, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or write to [email protected] from the address you bought with. Include the product name.

We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to the files

These are digital downloads, so there is nothing to send back. After a refund we ask that you delete your copy.

Bundles and upgrades

A bundle is refunded as a whole. If you bought a single product and later a bundle that includes it, write to us and we will refund the single.

Memberships

Memberships that are billed through another platform follow that platform's cancellation and refund terms.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Nothing here limits them.
