Digital downloads are final once delivered

Everything in the shop is a digital download, delivered straight after checkout. Because you receive the files at once, we do not give change-of-mind refunds once your download has been delivered.

If something is wrong with your order

If your download did not arrive, a file is faulty or will not open, or the product is not what its page described, tell us. We will send a working copy or fix the problem, and if we cannot, we will refund you.

Earlier purchases keep their terms

Every purchase keeps the refund terms shown when it was made. Until 22:00 UTC on 27 October 2026 (6:00 pm US Eastern) our shop pages offered a 30-day money-back guarantee, so anything bought before then keeps that guarantee: write to us within 30 days of that purchase.

How to reach us

Reply to your receipt email, or write to [email protected] from the address you bought with. Include the product name.

We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to the files

These are digital downloads, so there is nothing to send back. After a refund we ask that you delete your copy.

Bundles and upgrades

If you already own a single product and want a bundle that includes it, write to us before you buy the bundle and we will help you with the overlap.

Memberships

Memberships that are billed through another platform follow that platform's cancellation and refund terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including your rights when digital content is missing, faulty or not as described.
