What’s Inside
- A guided journey — 5 minutes 22 seconds — to a sanctuary built for the child you were
- The firefly path, meeting them where they feel safe, and hearing what they have kept for you all these years
- A gift they choose themselves, to close the visit properly rather than abandoning it
- The companion practice to the Inner Child chapter of the Moonlit Shadow Work Grimoire
Who This Is For
For the practitioner ready to go back and sit with their younger self rather than talk about them. It is tender without being saccharine, and it does not ask you to perform a reconciliation you are not feeling. Bring tissues, honestly.
Questions, Answered
- What if I can't picture myself as a child?
- Many people cannot, and the meditation accounts for it. A sense, a feeling, or an age is enough — the visuals are an invitation, never a requirement.
- Is this going to be upsetting?
- It can move people to tears, which is often the point. It stays warm throughout and always returns you to safety before it closes.
- Do I need the other shadow meditations first?
- No, it stands alone. In the full cycle it follows Meeting Your Shadow, but many practitioners start here.
- How do I receive it?
- Instant download after checkout, with the link also emailed to you within seconds.
