I paid but did not get my download

Your download starts on the thank-you page right after checkout, and we also email the link to the address you paid with. Check your spam folder first. If it is not there within an hour, write to [email protected] with the email you used and we will send it again.

My download link has expired

Emailed links work for 7 days. Write to us from the address you bought with and we will send a fresh one. Your purchase itself never expires.

What format are the files?

Audio is MP3 and plays on any phone, tablet or computer. Printables and grimoires are PDF. Bundles arrive as one ZIP file; on a phone you may need to open it in your Files app to unpack it. The Notion Grimoire is a ZIP you import into your own Notion workspace.

Can I print the PDFs?

Yes, as many times as you like for your own use. They are laid out for US Letter paper. On A4, choose “fit to page” in your print settings.

I bought a single and now want the bundle

Buy the bundle, then write to us and we will refund the single.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days, for any reason. See the refund policy.
